ADES Holding Company announces the latest development on the completion of the acquisition by its indirectly owned subsidiary, ADES Saudi Limited Company, of all issued and outstanding shares of Saudi Arabian Saipem Limited, the rig owning entity of three premium jackups and two leased premium jackups, pursuant to the previously signed sale and purchase agreement (SPA).
