Alamar Foods Company announces that Abdulaziz AlJammaz & Brothers Company is intending to transfer the ownership of a number of shares it holds in the company to AlJazl Investment Company - a Single Person Company, which is owned by the Endowment of the sons of Ibrahim Abdulaziz AlJammaz - Charitable Endowment.
