Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi Fransi Capital, acting on behalf of the Saudi Data Center Fund 1 (the "Fund"), for the purpose of studying and evaluating the development by the Fund of three (3) additional data centers with an estimated aggregate capacity of approximately 48 MW.
